Saaf Women’s Championship starts today, India and Pakistan compete in the inaugural game

Kathmandu, Kartik 1 – The seventh edition of the South Asian Footwall Federation (SAAF) Women’s Championship is starting from today at Dashrath Rangashala.
Apart from Nepal, Maldives, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, India, Bhutan and Bangladesh are participating in the competition. This information has been given by All Nepal Footwall Association (ENFA). The final game of the competition will be held on 14th October.
According to ENFA, the teams participating in the competition have been divided into two groups. India and Pakistan are in Group ‘A’ along with ICC winners Bangladesh.
Group ‘B’ has Bhutan, Sri Lanka and Maldives along with Nepal. The opening game of the competition is going to be played between India and Pakistan today itself. Tomorrow (Friday) a match will be played between Nepal and Bhutan.
